– 500 g potatoes- Ground pepper
– Ground cumin
– Sea salt
– Black pepper
– Dried basil
– Rosemary
– Preheat the oven to 392°F.
– Thoroughly clean the potatoes, but do not peal them, they will be baked in their skins.
– Cut the potatoes into octaves.
– In a bowl mix oil with ground pepper, ground cumin, sea salt, black pepper, dried basil and rosemary
– Put the potatoes in the bowl and mix thoroughly with the prepared seasoning
– Place the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet.
– Bake for about 20-30 minutes until the potatoes have a beautiful crispy crust.
